Property Fund Managers Limited (“PFM”) is the management company of Capital Property Fund in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act. The ultimate holding company of PFM is Resilient Property Income Fund Limited, which hold’s 100% of PFM’s ordinary shares. An asset management agreement is in place between PFM and Fortress Asset Managers (Proprietary) Limited (“Fortress”), which is ultimately 100% owned by Resilient Property Income Fund Limited.
